I’m Katelyn McCloy, owner of Aesthetic Beauty Bar Cosmetic tattoo artist, Lash artist, & Bridal makeup artist EST. 2017 📍Private studio located in West Chester & Fremont OH. 🌿My passion has always been to create a space that’s not only welcoming but soothing. Every client that comes through my door will experience a full detailed consultation overviewing what service/s will work best for their daily life style. CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Aesthetic Beauty Bar has 50% cancellation fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. —100% charge of the service for no shows/same day cancellations. Retainers required for next appointment. —Retainers roll over to next appointment if you reschedule within 72 hours. -Retainers are non-refundable. ⏰ I do have a 15 min grace period, but if your more than 15 min late I will no longer have enough time to complete your service/s and we will have to reschedule and you’ll be charged for the service scheduled. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Aesthetic Beauty Bar by CALLING as soon as possible to reschedule( emails are excluded from canceling your appointment as they are sometimes lost). *No exceptions* *All clients agree to these terms and conditions when booking an appointment with Aesthetic Beauty Bar.
